We pride ourselves in making sure that items are 100% in excellent condition and are packed properly. But
in the unlikely event that customers are not satisfied with an item. Please be aware of returns policy
below;
Note that we will make NO EXCEPTIONS to the following return policy.
It is your responsibility to inspect each item upon its arrival. We only accept returns if there is a
manufacturers defect upon receiving your item. You must notify us in writing - Fax or email within 3 days of
receiving your product regarding a manufacturers defect. All tags must still be attached on any
returns and still be in their original packaging.
All returns must be approved first by us via email. We will issue a return authorization if applicable.

with information regarding the defective merchandise, your customer name, order # and
or order
date.
Any returns received by alladins-treasure-trove.com without a return authorization issued by us will not
be accepted!
Upon receiving the defective item we will issue you with a store credit for your next purchase.
